Inspirational success story of Shahrukh Khan

People all over the world are surely inspired by Shahrukh Khan’s success story. Khan has established himself as one of the most well-known and recognisable performers in the world, with an estimated net worth of 838 million US dollars. Khan has put a lot of effort into earning the respect of the world, but his journey began in the little Indian town of New Delhi.

Khan was born in 1965 to two Muslim parents into a middle-class family. His mother was a relation of freedom fighter Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan, and Taj Mohammed Khan, his father, was a campaigner for independence who battled against British authority in India. When Shahrukh was only fourteen years old, his father passed away, leaving behind a legacy of sadness. Khan made the most of his life despite this tragedy and went on to finish high school in New Delhi.

Khan continued his education after high school by enrolling in Hansraj College in New Delhi to work towards a Bachelor of Arts degree. Khan started to become interested in the performing industry around this time and went on multiple theater auditions. Khan was often turned down for these jobs, but he never gave up and continued on to study for a master’s in mass communications at Delhi’s Jamia Millia Islamia University.

In 1988, Shahrukh eventually won a role in the television series “Fauji,” which proved to be a significant turning point in his career. Following the popularity of his television programme, Khan was given roles in numerous Bollywood films and swiftly gained notoriety. He was instantly acknowledged as a gifted actor and won numerous prizes for his superb performances.

Khan received widespread appreciation for his role in the 1995 Bollywood love drama Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ). DDLJ was a huge hit, went on to become the highest grossing Indian movie ever, and cemented Khan’s status as the King of Bollywood.

In 1998, along with the filmmakers Juhi Chawla and Aziz Mirza, Khan started his own production company, Dreamz Unlimited. This was in addition to his success as an actor. In the same year, he also founded Red Chillies Entertainment, a talent management business that provided Bollywood movies with costumes, special effects, post-production work, and dubbing services.
